We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team and help expand Trinity’s visibility, connect with prospective customers, and drive growth across our target markets.

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, marketing outreach, or sales
  • Experience managing customer relationships or accounts
  • Familiarity with technology/software for lead capture and outreach
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to make cold calls, pursue leads, and build relationships
  • Excellent research, business development, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Adaptive Sales strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
  • Willingness to learn medical terminology related to donation and transplantation
  • Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check
  • Display integrity, initiative, perseverance, flexibility, teamwork, and empathy

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective accounts through research, cold calling, direct messaging, and other outreach strategies to generate new opportunities.
  • Research target organizations to tailor outreach and messaging to engage decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on fit, need, interest, and timing.
  • Secure meetings with qualified prospects to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while articulating Trinity’s value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM, including lead activity, account information, and pipeline tracking.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Operations team to prepare for meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Provide ideas for new market opportunities, strategies, and campaigns.
  • Maintain KPIs for outreach, new leads, meetings, and overall sales growth.
  • Represent Trinity in a positive manner in all communications, adhering to company policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, and perform other duties as assigned.
