About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with homeowners through direct, in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and special offers. The primary goal is to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations, with no direct selling required. This position serves as a stepping-stone for a career in management or further sales development. Renuity is a network of trusted home renovation companies aiming to revolutionize home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. With expert teams across 36 states, Renuity is growing and values diverse perspectives.
Requirements
- No experience required!
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
