About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Great Clips is looking for talented stylists who want stability, growth, and a positive salon culture. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and dependable retail hours, allowing stylists to fit the role around family, school, or other commitments. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, eliminating the need for self-promotion or appointment management. Stylists will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
