About The Position

Requirements

• Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
• Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
• Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

• HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria
• Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

Responsibilities

• Completes speech, language, and swallowing assessments and treatments according to departmental procedure, best practices and established standards of practice, professional competency.
