About The Position
Path2Staff Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish/English) to join one of our trusted school district partners for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position located in the Greater Houston Area, working within an elementary school setting. The role offers a supportive campus team and a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable, student-centered professional committed to quality services
Nice To Haves
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations
- Develop IEP goals and complete required documentation
- Provide direct therapy services
- Attend ARD/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
