Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Part-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults through EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role supports seniors in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through meaningful relationships and coordinated care. The position includes conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and supporting care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth. The therapist will collaborate with a team, uphold professional and ethical standards, contribute to program development and quality improvement, and help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction. The posting describes predictable schedules, no late nights, and no constant driving.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline, including SLP.
