About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. As part of the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model, the SLP works with therapy, wellness, and medical providers to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independently. The role combines clinical therapy with care coordination and wellness support, including check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. It also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. The position offers predictable schedules with no late nights and no constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide. Its EmpowerMe 360 program brings together therapy, pharmacy, and medical care to support residents’ health and independence.

• Current professional license in the speech-language pathology discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy and wellness services for older adults.
