Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Part-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults at Aegis Living - Aegis Lodge Kirkland in Kirkland, Washington. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The position combines therapy with care coordination and wellness check-ins. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, delivers evidence-based interventions, communicates with caregivers, and provides telehealth support as part of a collaborative team. The role also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement while maintaining professional and ethical standards. The position offers a predictable schedule without late nights or constant driving, opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development, and a supportive team culture. Compensation is $48.00–$58.00 per hour.
