Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role helps residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives through assessments, personalized care plans, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and wellness support. The position involves collaborative work with residents, caregivers, and other providers, and contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. The posted pay range is $41.00–$51.00 per hour.

- Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including SLP.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy and wellness services for older adults.
- Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
- Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
- Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
- Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
