About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The Speech-Language Pathologist helps residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives through assessments, personalized care plans, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and wellness support. The position also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement while maintaining professional and ethical standards. The role offers a predictable schedule with no late nights and no constant driving. It includes opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, professional development, and cross-training, in a team-focused culture. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy and wellness services for older adults.
