About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents’ independence, safety, and well-being. The position combines clinical care with care coordination, wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. It also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities
