About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life.

The Speech-Language Pathologist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and provides evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The position also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support, while maintaining professional and ethical standards and contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. EmpowerMe describes the role as having predictable schedules, no late nights, and no constant driving, with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including SLP.
