About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist at Aegis Living - Ravenna in Seattle, Washington. The role provides therapy and wellness services to older adults as part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The therapist helps residents live more strongly, safely, and independently through assessments, personalized care plans, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and wellness support. The position offers a predictable schedule with no late nights and no constant driving, and opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

Requirements

• Hold a current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline, including SLP.
• Have strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy and wellness services for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
