About The Position
Our Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, is known for pioneering casual dining and creating memorable Italian American dining experiences. The company emphasizes bringing people together and creating special memories through events like weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and baby showers. They also have a strong commitment to community involvement, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and assisting their own employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The Banquet team, including Banquet Sales Managers, Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, and Housemen, is dedicated to making these events special for Guests, focusing on details and personal investment.
