About The Position
Our Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, is known for pioneering casual dining and creating memorable Italian American dining experiences. The company emphasizes bringing people together and creating special memories through events like weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and baby showers. The Banquet team, including Banquet Sales Managers, Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, and Housemen, is dedicated to making these events special for Guests, focusing on details and personal investment.
