About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered casual dining and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund for employees in need. The Front of the House team, including Servers, aims to make Guests feel special and welcome them into an Italian Americana experience.
