About The Position
Our Banquet Captains are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." The company, Brinker International, pioneered casual dining and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a "slice of Italian American tradition come to life." The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing energetic service, and putting guests first. The company also emphasizes giving back to the community, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and assisting employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The Banquet team, including Captains, is committed to making memorable events for Guests, such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties, and baby showers, focusing on the details to create lasting memories.
