About The Position
The Senior Director is part of FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, which provides professional consulting services to corporations and law firms. The practice coordinates document review and production using modern review platforms, including Relativity and/or Nuix Discover. The role manages multiple aspects of specific client matters and requires analytical, logical, and mathematical thinking about processes and data, flexibility across teams and projects, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to high-quality client service. The work may involve difficult questions that require developing new processes and customized solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology, such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice To Haves
- Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and client interface skills.
- Outstanding client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including interactions with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
- Apply analytical skills and existing methodologies to client situations and practice disciplines, creating customized solutions to meet changing client needs.
- Use logical reasoning to provide complete client service.
- Ensure work is high quality and delivered within established timeframes.
- Introduce additional FTI services to clients as needs dictate.
- Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
- Maintain a professional image within the firm and project that image to external parties.
