About The Position
Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Charge Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our patients in our beautiful TCU Transitional Care Unit (Aurora on France TCU) building in Edina, MN! Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Requirements
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- (3 week grace period for BLS)
Nice To Haves
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
Responsibilities
- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
