This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a hospice Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, or RN-Case Manager with several years of hospice experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading others and a passion for high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • RN licensure for the state of Texas
  • Two-years of recent clinical experience in hospice or palliative care setting
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Experience leading others
  • Passion for high-quality patient care

  • Experience managing patient care programs in new start environments

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all clinical aspects of the hospice program, including patient admissions, care planning, interdisciplinary team coordination, and regulatory compliance.
