About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; transporting clients is required.
• Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide enriching daily activities, including arts and crafts, recreational activities, and offsite field trips.
• Help create a safe and therapeutic community.
• Support clients in developing effective coping strategies and role-model those strategies.
• Work with clients to develop life skills, including cooking, banking, and vocational skills.
• Transport clients as required.
• Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalation after receiving training.
