About The Position

Launch Legends, founded nearly four years ago, is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with Web2 integration, bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure. Its flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure, engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration. Autheo is building a next-generation financial infrastructure platform that integrates ISO 20022 messaging, banking rails, and digital asset systems into a unified architecture. This unique opportunity is for a part-time Equity Cofounder — Regulatory Strategy Lead (Banking + Crypto) to define the legal, regulatory, and financial foundation of this new category of institution, bridging traditional banking systems and digital asset infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with financial regulators or advising regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong background in fintech, banking, or digital asset regulation.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable business strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work supporting OCC, SEC, or CFTC engagements in fintech/crypto contexts.
  • Experience shaping regulatory strategy for hybrid banking + blockchain platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall regulatory narrative and positioning for the integrated platform.
  • Advise on how ISO 20022 messaging, payment rails, and digital assets fit within current and emerging regulatory frameworks.
  • Guide decisions on jurisdiction selection, licensing pathways, and sequencing of regulatory milestones.
  • Support executive leadership in regulatory engagement, communications, and policy advocacy.
  • Ensure alignment between product direction, platform features, and long-term regulatory viability.
