McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Medical Receptionist for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
- Keyboard and computer experience
- Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment
Nice To Haves
- Service-oriented
- Team player
- Prefer one year experience, preferably in a medical office setting
- Receptionist experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining desk activities, including greeting, scheduling and instructing of patients and visitors
- Use multi-line telephone system, including answering and screening calls
- Scheduling outside testing and referrals
