Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department
- Take clear, accurate messages and ensure every customer feels heard and valued
- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Cash out service and sales customers accurately and efficiently
- Perform light filing and administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively as a team player to support daily operations
