About The Position
We are a busy Dermatology practice in Colchester, Vermont seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team. Greeting patients for check -in, check-out and answering phones. Posting payments. Demographic and insurance entry/edit. Appointment scheduling. Medical records, processing referrals and any other duties assigned. Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area. Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service 1 year (preferred)
