About The Position

This is a student employment position for the New Reach Office Assistant/Receptionist role within the Office of Community Engagement. The position involves staffing the reception area, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, and handling incoming mail. Additional administrative support includes typing, filing, ordering and organizing supplies, developing correspondence, and updating databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone rapport
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information
  • Ability to be efficient and thorough in completion of tasks

Responsibilities
