This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Las Vegas, NV location. About you: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Transactions Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate (internally called Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike! As a Client Services Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to this Broker Team. This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through administrative efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material along with managing the transaction communication, correspondence and process from commencement to completion. From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation, document preparation, superior writing skills and presentation. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge or transaction administration task that comes your way.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of administrative support experience; real estate experience is an asset but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable with cloud-based systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Detail-oriented and patient, with a willingness to learn and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects for the team, tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update broker transaction data across websites and client portals to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Manage listing databases, including drafting listing agreements and renewal extensions.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and supporting transaction logistics.
  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments.
