About The Position

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active New York State License (Required).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish (Required).
• Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning.
• Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
• Excellent communication skills (Spanish/English).
• Cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally competent mental health services to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a multi-specialty environment.
