About The Position
HJ Staffing is hiring a School Psychologist to support students’ academic, emotional, and social success in a local school district. The role focuses on assessment, intervention, and consultation to help ensure students have equitable access to educational opportunities. The position is on-site and full-time, with a 37.5-hour schedule.
Requirements
- Active Texas School Psychologist credential or licensure; license documentation is required with submission.
- School-based experience is required.
- Must be an on-site candidate.
- Must be available for full-time work (37.5 hours).
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students, teachers, and families.
- Develop and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes and school climate.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to student evaluation and services.
