About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, property care, or a similar field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on and cleaning when needed.
• Able to inspect work and recognize when cleaning needs to be corrected.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

• Experience working with or training Housekeepers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties before guest check-in.
• Make sure rooms, common areas, and other spaces are clean and ready.
• Check completed housekeeping work and ensure company standards are followed.
• Clean properties as part of regular work when needed.
• Identify areas that need additional cleaning or attention.
• Help make sure properties are ready for guests and clients.
• Work alongside Housekeepers during daily cleaning.
• Train and guide Housekeepers on company cleaning standards when needed.
• Check that cleaning tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Provide feedback when work needs to be corrected.
• Help the team with daily cleaning and property tasks.
• Keep cleaning supplies, equipment, and laundry organized and stocked.
• Perform basic property checks and report maintenance issues to management.
• Help identify items that need repair, replacement, or attention.
• Make sure the property stays organized and in good condition.
• Keep track of completed cleaning and property tasks.
• Communicate property updates and concerns to management.
• Follow company cleaning and property procedures.
• Help resolve day-to-day issues that come up at the property.
