About The Position
INH Properties is seeking a responsible part-time Caretaker for multiple apartment properties in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role focuses on maintaining building common areas and grounds, completing minor maintenance, and helping keep properties in good repair and clean. The caretaker is required to live on site and must be available when on call for after-hours emergencies. The position is hourly and part-time.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or relevant experience.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use common-sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
- Must live on site.
Responsibilities
- Handle minor maintenance items throughout the complex.
- Be available when on call for after-hours emergencies.
- Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
- Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
- Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
- Clean and touch up paint in units upon turnovers.
- Assist with turning over vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents, especially at the end and beginning of the month.
