About The Position

Whitecap Management, Doran’s property management division, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Caretaker for a luxury apartment community. The Caretaker maintains cleanliness and organization in residents’ living spaces and building common areas, performs light maintenance, and helps uphold the community’s high standards. The role is based at Arris Duluth in Duluth, Minnesota. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available; weekend availability is required. The stated hourly salary range is $17.00–$19.00, depending on education, experience, and background.

Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, outdoor patios and grilling stations, fitness centers, saunas, and guest suites.
Thoroughly clean vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment.
Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.
Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean and presentable.
Assist with snow and ice management to maintain safe access to building entries.
Perform periodic deep cleaning.
Support the property management team during resident events as needed.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and furnace filters and replacing batteries.
Occasionally provide support at other locations as required.
