About The Position
Science Applications International Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage critical technology initiatives for a federal law enforcement agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, information technology, project management, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the federal law enforcement domain.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of federal law enforcement agencies.
- Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agency leaders and key stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, to optimize project outcomes and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, advising on the adoption of new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all solutions and initiatives comply with federal regulations and security standards, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
- Implement best practices and quality control measures to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the specific needs of federal law enforcement agencies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics to agency leadership and other stakeholders.
