About The Position
The Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Public and International Affairs, is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor for the Winter 2027 semester to teach API6799E, Séminaire d'intégration. This course will examine the development of environmental and climate policies in Canada and other countries, covering topics such as sustainable development, green growth, waste management, circular economy, economic instruments (e.g., carbon taxes, carbon markets), international environmental treaties, toxic substance control, deforestation, forest management, and endangered species protection. The course will analyze the economic and political factors influencing environmental policies, including the interplay between national and international influences.
