About The Position
The University of Florida Department of Emergency Medicine in Jacksonville is expanding and recruiting motivated, energetic physicians for faculty positions. Clinical opportunities include general emergency medicine at community sites. Successful candidates will receive a non-tenure-accruing academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor. Salary and academic appointment are negotiable, and benefits are described as excellent. A health assessment is required.
Requirements
- MD or DO in Emergency Medicine.
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a letter of intent and curriculum vitae.
- The final candidate must provide an official transcript to the hiring department upon hire.
- Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by NACES.
- Complete a required health assessment.
