This role is on a 2-2-3 rotation with a 12-hour shift. The Production Operator will operate treating machine(s) that produce furniture and decor papers. Responsibilities include regulating machine speed, flow, volume, and temperature, stopping or resetting machines when malfunctions occur, clearing jams, observing operations for quality and conformity, adjusting machine tension, pressure, and components, inspecting and removing defective products, removing finished packaged items, and verifying/recording product weights or measurements. The role also involves performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor and willingness to support and work on other shifts as needed.
