About The Position

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the manufacturing process, specifically in lamination. The Production Operator I will competently operate all support equipment, assist in training entry-level employees, and make necessary process adjustments. Key responsibilities include performing quality tests and inspections to ensure quality standards, properly recording production data and reports, and adhering to plant safety and housekeeping guidelines. Compliance with SQF/HACCP requirements is also essential.
