Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the client base to understand their release schedules and priorities, and to ensure the best possible customer service.
  • Track and drive the process from end to end, including working with the internal art department, trafficking jobs through the design/proofing stage, issuing purchase orders to vendors, and trafficking projects through print, manufacturing, and delivery.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with the client regarding project status via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients.
  • Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects.
  • Correctly invoice clients and ensure all billable parts are included.
  • Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
