About The Position

South Port Square, a 40-acre campus in Port Charlotte, is seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join their growing team. The Home Health Aides work under the supervision of the care coordinator and perform various personal care and support services as necessary to meet the resident’s needs. The Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations and documenting the services provided. Assignments will promote quality, continuity, and safety of services.

Requirements

  • Current HHA certificate or CNA license
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
  • Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HHA experience great but not required.
