About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Ridgley, Tennessee. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and includes personal care and home-management assistance. The office is located in Martin, Tennessee, and the coverage area is Ridgley, Tennessee.

This is a full-time day schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The position offers flexible scheduling options, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• Hold CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Use proper body mechanics while lifting and be able to lift up to 75 pounds as may be expected.
• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home-management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
• Perform medical monitoring and other basic health-care-related tasks.
• Complete basic housekeeping, shopping, and related home-management tasks.
