About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Ridgley, Tennessee. The position is based through the Martin, Tennessee office and provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The schedule is full-time days, with ADL visits Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home-management tasks.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related home-management tasks.
