About The Position
Apex Pros is seeking an entry-level HVAC Install Helper to support technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, installing, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. The role provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within the Install department.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Exceptional customer care abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
- Take system readings, including voltage, pressures, and temperatures.
- Help replace basic components such as capacitors, motors, and filters.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas.
- Provide professional customer interaction.
