About The Position

Requirements

• High School Grad or equivalent required.
• Four years of relevant experience OR 240 hours of vocational training required.
• Journeyman Plumber licensure must be obtained within 90 days (or less) from date of hire.
• Valid Virginia or North Carolina Driver's License in good standing (no points).

Nice To Haves

• Depending on location, facility may require MLB upon hire.
• Some sites require individuals to obtain Anti-Backflow certification within one year of employment.
• MPLB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures related to the heating, water, gas and drainage systems.
• Operation, maintenance and repair of medical air and suction systems.
• Maintenance and repair of medical gasses to include the distribution, piping, and terminal connections.
• Maintenance and repair of heating and cooling hydronic systems.
