This growing, dynamic high-tech company headquartered in sunny Central Florida, is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join their Outside Plant (OSP) team. The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for service delivery projects for Summit Broadband, covering the entire suite of services from pre-sales activity through billing. Pre-sales responsibilities include fact-finding, understanding customer requirements, gathering technical information, explaining the Summit Broadband solution, and setting internal and external expectations. During service delivery, the Construction Coordinator will communicate daily with all internal departments, vendors, customers, construction-permitting authorities, and other entities. They will organize project kick-off meetings and track all project components daily, including Bill Of Material (BOM), Statement of Work (SOW), communication with third-party vendors, and budget management. The role also involves obtaining feedback from internal and external customers and articulating Summit Broadband’s value proposition in the Florida marketplace.
