About The Position
MyMichigan Family Medicine has a new opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Birch Run, MI. Seeking a highly motivated, confident, and energetic provider. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. MyMichigan Family Medicine Birch Run is located at 9900 E. Birch Run Road.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Nice To Haves
- Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background will be considered
Responsibilities
- 100% outpatient, follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
- Own patient panel & Access provider
- Monday-Friday
- Acute, chronic, hospital follow-ups, ED follow ups, physicals, established patient visits, Medicare wellness
- Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations
- Minor procedures
- Rotating call schedule
