About The Position

Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join this expanding essential service line for the organization. The Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologist and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners. This is a 100% Outpatient Practice with 36 Patient Contact Hours, plus 4 hours of administrative time per week. There is a strong network of supporting specialists for consultations and a dedicated ramp-up period for new providers. The EMR system used is Meditech Expanse.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience required.
• Experience with device management highly preferred.
• Must be an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA).
