About The Position
A well-established, referral-driven periodontal and implant practice is seeking a part-time Periodontist to work 2–3 days per week between two locations in Denver and Thornton, Colorado. The role may suit a doctor looking to complement an existing schedule, transition into private practice, or enjoy a balanced professional lifestyle. The practice is collaborative and growth-minded, delivering periodontal and implant therapy using modern technology and evidence-based techniques. The Periodontist will provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care, build relationships with patients and referring dentists, collaborate with clinical and administrative staff, and contribute to a culture centered on education, innovation, and professional growth. The practice offers competitive compensation, a consistent part-time schedule, modern equipment, a loyal referral network, trained support staff, and continuing education and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- Completion of an ADA-accredited periodontal residency.
- Current Colorado dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong surgical skills and a genuine passion for periodontics and implantology.
- Team-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care in a compassionate, ethical manner.
- At least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, regenerative procedures, tissue grafting, implant placement, and maintenance therapy.
- Build strong rapport with patients and referring dentists through excellent communication and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to support efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive culture that values education, innovation, and professional growth.
