About The Position
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with history dating back to 1958. Requirements
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Self-starting individual
- Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)
Responsibilities
- Perform all cleaning duties provided on maintenance checklist. This includes: removing dirt, dust, picking up trash/litter, wiping down windows, sweeping, mopping throughout entire ramp.
- Uses basic hand and power tools to install, repair and remove signs.
- Marks, paints, and stripes parking lot spaces and directional markings according to blueprints, drawings or sketches.
- Places and/or replaces concrete bumper blocks.
- Sweep up trash and debris from all entrances/exits of ramp. Sweep up trash and debris throughout ramp and stairs.
- Empties all trash cans and dispose of trash accordingly.
- Paint curbs, poles, equipment, lanes and any other assigned areas.
