About The Position

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced Legal Department with a high volume of work.
• Ability to direct the work of others to ensure all essential functions of the department are being met
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong grammar, spelling, and dictation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changes in company policies, procedures, and priorities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, service oriented, office work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor or Manager, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates model contracts with General Counsel’s direction
• Redline documents per notes from General Counsel and digitally deliver to appropriate parties
• Review and compare redlined documents from other entities
• Send emails, schedule meetings and handle other duties to bring projects to conclusion
• Assist in ongoing initiative including Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy and Subpoenas
• Conduct and assist with legal research as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
