Requirements
- Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
- Must possess a cooperative attitude
- Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to understand and execute instructions
- Must be able to operate washer and painting equipment
- Must have high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be a self starter
- Must be able to wear all safety equipment including breathable air hood and half masks
- Ability to be on time and at work daily.
- Must have a flexible work schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Paint experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking, and following paperwork
- Paint Units
- Change out paints
- Clean paint and wash equipment
- Repair damaged units
- Use proper technique using putty and fillers
- Perform Paint PMs as assigned
- Conduct Paint Inventory
- Must be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or lead
- Work on front assembly line as required
- All other duties as assigned
